Could this be something that is stirred up when two dimensions collide?

Some encounters are preceded by sudden gusts of wind (Fatima-1917 was an example of this).  I've wondered if this happens because something suddenly materializes in our reality and displaces the air in doing so.

I don't have the answer to that question, but there has to be a reason why this happens so often during unexplained events.
