i'm willing to bet that it was a wildlife researcher or some fish and wildlife officer. .
they are the only people that would tranq gun handy.
your not going to just walk up to a bear and slap a trump sticker on his collar
plus bears ain't much for petting.
it's probably is already pissed that thing is hanging around it's neck. and just waiting to chew someones ass.
and if the one of them did put a sticker on it's collar is it illegal for them to do that? i mean for regular people yea, there are rules in most states about messing with wildlife. now if a official puts a trump sticker on the collar before hand or during a check on the bear, is there some kinda law about that?
