That right there is what they call "deflection", or some folks refer to it as "misdirection". See, "OFFS ... flight logs" is not a very good defense against Clintons in the Lolita Express flight logs. Sure, it's a response of sorts, but more along the line of a confirmation than a refutation.

THEN

Without refuting anything at all, without even making an attempt to, we change the subject to something else entirely, the ever elusive and never on the money "Q", effectively deflecting the line of conversation with a flanking maneuver forcing the opponent to redirect energy to the defense of the indefensible.

It's almost as if the "Q" psyop was designed to provide a foil for folks who ask the ual acthard questions that might get too close to tender facts...
