It's amazing what the specialists are capable of @"Bally002".

I watch The SUPERVET (Noel Fitzpatrick) all the time and he performs miracles with broken/shattered/crushed limbs and more, every day.

Well worth taking a look-see if you haven't seen him before. (He's an Irishman, working from his practise (Fitzpatrick Referrals) in England) ...even if just to get an idea of what is possible nowadays!
