Tax breaks for the rich, two unfunded wars, and blank checks to private military contractors was the kickoff to the economy we're seeing now.
If we're being real about the economy, it was booming under Trump before the COVID hit, so I'd say the COVID is to blame and Bush is just a footnote in history at this point.
