Residents in the rural town of Portapique had been advised to lock themselves indoors or shelter in basements
while the man was at large. Police said the suspect had been driving what appeared to be a police car before
changing to another vehicle.

Holstering your handgun or put your rifle in your vehicles rifle rank and continue your day as a Free, Self Protected Citizen, they want you to run to your Basement, house, underground shelter and hide under the bed in Fear and Piss Yourself!
