Is Q back?  It appears so.  We'll have to get a "proof" that it's really the Q team posting, but it seems they are doing some tests on the new board now. As soon as they get all the tests done I think Q may start flooding the board with information to catch us up on events going on behind the scenes.

We have some techie people here (that's you @"Ninurta") who I hope will give us an opinion on what some of these posts mean.

It looks to me like they are setting up a security infrastructure, with some "cutouts" to attempt obfuscating the actual origin of the posts via some spoofing and a fairly complicated route involving a few nodes where the origin is "changed" to reflect a different origin in order to foil trackers (a TOR-like setup). The traceroute showed a part of the route, that part running through Russia (a Russian server and even going through a Russian backbone). Once set up, they will send "packets" of gibberish information to test the security of the routing. There was also a line that indicated they are securing against DDoS attacks so that they can't be overwhelmed by computers all over the planet flooding them with nonsense requests to deny service by taking up all their bandwidth (like a LOIC attack).

As far as the Q posts themselves go, I won't speculate much since you already know what I think about Q. I will say, however, that "93[D]" may be a reference to a military MOS or an airline flight (93D can also be thought of as "93 Delta"). Why they would make such reference is up to the reader to determine for themselves.
