If what people were reporting were crane lights it wouldn't have taken 36 hours to realize it. The only reason it could have been true is if they needed a reason to shut down the airport and this was the best they could do.
Or... maybe it actually WAS Millennials in charge of the investigation and it took this long to realize what the lights were. SMH!
I'm going with the first option.
