Yes, we've both read about the problem with Canada and Saudi Arabia.
From what we heard it's mostly has to do with the Canadians Demanding that the Saudi's release the activist that were protesting that Governments stand on Human Rights.
In our few, the Canadians were pushing their few of Human Rights Standards on another Country that just Recently started to allow Women To drive!
They countrie of the Middle east Don't Move That Fast, they are Male Dominant Countries. 
They also Don't care For The West interfering with the way they do things.

Canada is to Liberal Progressive in their way of thinking.

Wrong language used there with the Arab's.  Canada shouldn't have used the Phrase, "We Urge."
