Under the present bloated system it takes 5 to 10 years just to launch a damn satellite ! If there is a war between us and Russia or China the first thing they will take out are our GPS satellites and space based recon birds... Leaving our military blind, dumb as in lost, and deaf as far as the battle field intel..
