Amtrak Train Derails over I-5 in WA. Fatalities Reported

Oh dear.  Of all places for the train to derail. This is very suspicious!  

An Amtrak train derailed over Interstate 5 in Washington state on Monday morning, reportedly killing multiple people, according to the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department.

The train derailed about 40 miles south of Seattle before 8 a.m. PST, spilling at least one train car onto busy Interstate 5. Several cars were struck by the derailed train cars, injuring multiple drivers. No fatalities of motorists have been reported, authorities said.
All southbound lanes of Interstate 5 were closed south of the Army’s Joint Base Lewis-McChord, and motorists were being warned to avoid the area.

It was not immediately known how many people were killed and injured.
