That guy in the second video really thought he was cool, didn't he?  

The secret service guy at this gifhttp://m.imgur.com/gallery/kZE0o  had fake arms and hands while concealing whatever at the ready under his coat.. Pure speculation on my part what he was carrying... But he darn sure was concealing something..  Looks like he went to the local department store and ripped off manikin arms for his get up..

Whoa!  I didn't even notice that when watching the parade.  I suppose that's the point.  But, the close up is obvious his hands are fake; or, he is one of those aliens in the government we keep hearing about (one of the good guys).  His head looks like an alien too.
