Policy differences between Trump & Biden

While you dont have to like Trump, if anything is made clear in these 4 years, is that Trump is fighting the establishment as much as possible. I include GOP in that establishment too. He's been attacked, derided, ridiculed, conspired against, and all he's trying to do is to deliver on the promises that got him elected. The other candidate is...well...getting a free pass and promoted by the same establishment, despite awful record, despite being obviously mentally ill.

I have a question. Since you stated it...what is Trump's agenda ?

There are no two sides. That is an illusion they use to make us believe that we have a real choice.

Elections are dog and pony shows they rig to keep the illusion alive.

I don't see Trump as fighting the establishment. I see the social media using everything he says or tweets to keep the people fighting each other and distracted from the real problems we face. Again they control all that we see and hear.

Very few people will tell you they are in a better situation today than they were four years ago, and it is not because of a virus. The pandemic is just a curtain being used to hide the truth of what is really going on and it doesn't start and stop in America.

You think I am anti Trump. Trump is not the problem. I don't like him, but I don't like any of the characters they have selected for playing the game. But that is the way the game is played. They give you a stock set of avatars, you may be able to tweek a few of the characteristics to make the character more pleasing to you, and to fit your image of what the game character should look like, but in the end, you are still playing their game, and it is still the characters created by the game.

I don't choose sides and my only loyalty is to God, family, community and country. I have never asked anyone what political party they support. Personally, I don't want to know. I don't judge people by the letter they have on their voter's registration card. I also don't give them a pass when it is used as an excuse for criminal, inappropriate,  or rude behavior.

Our problems will not be eradicated after the election. We will just keep playing along until we get to the next mini boss in the game. Rinse and repeat and forget.

For every one person that read this post. About 7.99 billion have not.

Yet I still post.  tinyinlove

It really comes right down to this:

... and which Americans want other Americans to keep getting ripped off by payroll taxes.

You know...back before 2016 I was totally apolitical. Couldnt care less who won elections, who led countries, or what was their political program. Back then, and maybe even today, I thought this was smart. Back when it was easy to ignore everthing bc, If you lived some years, you've come to understand, nothing really changes for you, no matter the winner. I used to laugh at people who were taking it seriously.

But things have changed today. I see evil that is rising in US. I know this evil will take time, but will eventually reach my shores and it will land in my front yard. And I have become a father in the mean time. The shit is real now. It will be real for my daughter.

These 4 years of Trump presidency really opened my eyes to deep state corruption, the media lies and bias, the venom of social media like twitter and FB who openly refuse to ban pedophiles but are banning a president of the US. People smashing and looting US cities demanding white people kneel and apologize for breathing. Democratic party intentionally fueling all this just to spite Trump. I dont know if it was always this way in America, but once I've seen it...I'm in the state of shock. The entire machine has been mobilized just to take him out. It's on their lips all day long. Funnily, I happen to agree with much of what he has done. From withdrawing from a green new deal, to exiting WHO, to standing up to China, and standing up for the return of manufacturing to your country. These are just some of the things I'd wish politicians in my country would have the balls to do. But none of them do. We are slaves to the EU machine now and will do their bidding. If they tell us to self destruct...we will do that bc we need their money.

Even if you're right about "game" parallel, it's time to take a stand, because...staying on a side will just not be enough anymore. Praying to God also, will not do anything, bc, I'm sure you know, people that die daily...pray to God. Poor people, hungry, disabled...a lot of them pray...It doesnt help.

Anyway...I respect your non interference game (bc I used to do that too), but sometimes..it takes balls to take a stand for something other than your own well being.

I think there are 2 sides...one is Trump, the other is GOP+DNC+Deep state. He is alone against these psychopaths. He didnt need this. He was liiving a wonderful life of a rich man, and was well liked world wide. Had status, had influence, money, power...way more power than he has now. He did it all, risked it all and is still standing against the machine. He looks as a man who truly loves his country and wants to save it.

He is sometimes clumsy in rhetoric, but sometimes sharp and often very truthful. He doesnt do political double talk, and with him at least...what you see is what you get.  Check out the videos from 20-30 years ago. The man is consistent as Jesus Christ. He wasnt saying one thing and then doing another. I respect him for it.

Anyway, thank you for your opinion. There is some truth in it...but I dont think Trump is a part of that runaround you mention.

A distinction should be made.

I don't vote for whom I side with the most.

I vote for whom sides with me the most.

I vote for whom will infringe on me the least.

I vote for whom will side the Constitution the most.

I will vote for whom values freedom, independence, self-reliance, the most.

I personally am Very Happy Your Eyes Were Opened.
My husband retired from a Three Lettered Agency and has known for a Very, Very, Very Long Time, the COBAL/NWO Ran the World's Countries and Wanted to Control Our Everyday Life From Cradle To grave and They Were VERY CLOSE to achieving their Goal.
I worked for a Three Letter Agency in China for 10 years when I met my husband. China was all for the NWO, Beijing was told they would have a Very Large Part in the Running of the World.
Now people need to understand way they HATE President Trump With A Burning Passion Of Hate, he was asked to run for President and he accepted.
We All Need To Support Him.

No.

You need to get rid of the two party system that propagates and prolongs this never-ending crapola.

Look up. (Not at a deity)

I will chime in from a personal experience.

Construction, to me, is a good indicator of an economy. Alot of buildings going up, houses being built, a strong economy. When it slows down, a weak economy.

My dad got into the elevator business just after getting out of the navy and I was born in the mid sixties. Things were great for him until the mid 70's when the economy tanked. He had to leave a well paying job because of no work to farm and raise hogs. He did that for 10 years, until things picked back up in the mid 80's when he left the farm and and got back to working on elevators. Not long after , I got in the business. Things were ok then. To me, from my perspective, it was going great until until 9/11. That is when everything changed. A terrorist attack on American soil changed the people of America. We all came together, we were united .We were ok for awhile until  the economy tanked in 2008 . After a slow recovery, America finally started bouncing back. WHen Trump came into office, the economy was booming, and still would have been if it wasn't for this covid crap.

I use to be a democrat years ago, I voted for Obama for his first term. I was hoping for change, like he promised. It didn't happen because we became a global economy. I voted Libertarian in 2016 ,but really hoped that Trump would win because he was not a politician. Sure, he is rude and crude, but a good business man. I would vote for him this time because the Libertarians have nothing. I am all for less government and more freedom.
To me, Biden is the same old crap getting regurgitated.

A little read about presidents and economies through the years.

I'm back!   tinybiggrin

Reading through this thread, I was looking for why people choose Biden, but I didn't see anyone answering that question. So, out of curiosity to those who are choosing him, please tell me why you think he would make a good POTUS without mentioning Trump's name.

I really want to understand your thought process.

Since I can't get any response to my previous question asking why people choose to vote for Biden (without mentioning Trump's name), I'll post this showing what President Trump has done during his first three years in office, then ask those who plan to vote for Biden to mention his accomplishments while he was VP.

Someone had gathered all President Trump's accomplishments during his first three years and saved me the work.

I have to ask, did you fact check all those claims, because I know some of them just are not the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

I know you admire Trump and your loyalty is amazing, but all of this is just not all true.

I am the first to stand up and give the devil his due, but I also am the first to stand up against deceit and manipulation of the truth.

I know. It is politics. It is darn near impossible to even get close enough to see the truth, without going up in flames.

I am not pro Trump, but that does not make me anti Trump.

I don't know what you believe, but I don't think Trump was placed in office because the majority of the people of America wanted him as President. I believe he is President because the majority of the people of America did not want Clinton.

I don't expect Trump to save this country, he can't. The only way this country can be saved is by the people of this country fighting our problems together. We don't have to agree on everything. We need to let petty juvenile thinking go, and we need to start behaving as rational adults. We can't suck from the government's teat, without feeding the government first. It is time to let the teat go.

The government is corrupt, and tainted. Trump can't fix that. I worked long enough in the belly of the beast to know there is only two ways out, death, or being flushed away. You don't leave untouched, and you come out covered in crap.

Those that hate Trump don't understand how the system works. Those that adore him, do him no favors, when they try to make those that don't see his ermine robe, believe how beautiful it is.

I pray for our President. I pray for our country. I pray for the world.

Most of all I pray for us, the people of this damaged world. I pray that we will work on healing, and not continue, or escalate the destruction.

Just my opinion. I am shutting up now.

For every one person that read this post. About 7.99 billion have not.

Yet I still post.  tinyinlove

I would respectfully suggest you look into all of the claims. In politics they play free and loose with the truth, both sides. That is why you have take everything they say with a grain of salt.

Truth is like statistics, the same information can be used by both sides to prove their point.

One of the things that I despise about my job, is the time spent in court and in in depositions. But it is intriguing to sit there and have two opposing teams use the same exact facts, twisting them so expertly and eloquently, that even when you were the one that presented the facts, that you yourself start to question what you know is true.

And that is the maze that politics wants to keep you trapped in.

I think that this election is important because it'll be a referendum between socialism and capitalism.

Looking at the proposed property tax statement I just got in the mail, I am going to lose my home under either system.  tinysurprised

@"NightskyeB4Dawn", I read over all them before posting. I didn't see any that I didn't remember being true, that's why I asked which one(s) you were referring to?

If you researched them all and found them all to be true, then I have nothing more to say.

Thanks. minusculebeercheers

Mark Twain one said, "The difference between capitalism and socialism is that with socialism, man exploits man.  With capitalism, it's reversed."

Sorry about your home.

Sorry about your home.

It is what it is. I was planing on selling it down the road a bit more. I just hate being forced to sell it so soon, and not because I want to.

They are going to force all of us middle-class people out of our homes. We are just so much easier to control that way.
