Over at the test site, we're down to the last tweaks. Once that is done, we will start installing the plugins.
There seems to be a consensus of approval of the new theme. Once we're 100% sure that this is what we go with, then two choices are left. Either we migrate our whole database from here to there OR we install the new theme here, make it the default and then take out all remaining themes.
We're going to vote on this soon. We'll keep you all updated on the decisions taken.

If it is any consolation. Since the recent down-time, the site now works as it should, HTTPS across the board. I noticed the change immediately as I like it when sites are HTTPS even if it is a self-signed certificate. Encryption is a good thing, imo.
Someone somewhere has been pressing the right buttons and for that I am grateful.

There aren't many folk more Luddite than myself, KDog... but I'm sure the tutorial's will explain everything. It's best to think
of the Rogue Nation website as the naked flesh of our community and those who're smarter than me are merely trying new

At the moment -and at the bottom-right-hand side of any RN page, there's what one might consider a 'wardrobe' for these
different presentations of the website. It's beside a button that says 'Go'. (Quick Theme Select')
There's the Dark1.8 version1, the damaged site that we had become accustomed to before that buggers came in and ripped
a lot of its guts out.
There's 'RoundDarko', a viable 'outer-layer', but some of the members are hesitant it about and still has some issues to sort out.
Then there's Dark1.8 verson2, an upgrade and in my humble opinion, the better of the two above.
Finally, there's 'Volare Love Dark Design' a shiny-new place that is still undergoing tests and familiarity by those with the
screwdrivers and duct-tape!
In essence to the viewer, they're all just outer-coverings, but the new ones have facilities that our traditional site can no
longer perform. That's my ignorant take on what is available at the moment and probably slightly inaccurate.
Edit: I also see that when in the Volare version, there's no Quick Theme Select in the manner of the other themes.
Maybe someone more 'website-savvy' could expand on my unschooled explanation?
