God only knows what kind of evil, illegal crap is going on in Miami with thousands of out of towners running rampant, and rabid, throughout the city.

The blame lies with the politicians running the cities where this happens, where its allowed. It would be easy to stop. Nip it, just nip it in the bud, Andy.
