Ted Bundy's Haunted Childhood Home - Mystic Wanderer - 05-09-2017 Theodore Robert Bundy, better known as Ted Bundy, was an American serial killer who kidnapped, raped, burglarized, and enjoyed sex with the corpses of his victims during the 1970s. Shortly before his execution, he confessed to 36 homicides committed in seven states between 1974 and 1978, but the true total could be higher.
When a contractor was hired to remodel the four-bedroom home where Bundy grew up in Oct. 2016, it wasn't long before he started noticing eerie things going on.
Quote:A contractor hired to remodel the childhood home of serial killer Ted Bundy claims to have encountered ghosts inside the Washington state residence — which had the skeptic scrawling Bible verses on walls and calling in pastors. At that time, Clopton, nor anyone on his crew realized this was the childhood home of Ted Bundy. He had moved into the house at the age of 9 with his mother, stepfather and four siblings in 1955. Quote:It wasn’t until Clopton started chatting up neighbors about the strange occurrences that he and Pitts found out about the home’s infamous resident and called in for backup. The home sold for $335,000. It’s unclear if the buyers were aware of its history. There is a law now that any place reported to have "ghostly activity" must be declared by the realtor, but I don't know if this is true in all states.
I wonder if the unsuspecting buyers experienced any ghostly activity after the renovations? It's said that ghosts don't like people coming in and making changes to THEIR house. I would be very upset if I bought a haunted house, and no one told me, wouldn't you?!
