The site’s proprietors do not identify themselves online, and did not return TheDC’s request for comment, but their articles suggest they have liberal leanings.
The site’s articles single out prominent Republicans like Texas Sen. Ted Cruz and White House press secretary Sean Spicer for mockery
“On Monday, Senator Ted Cruz went on Ellen to confess that he, of course, killed Deputy White House Counsel Vince Foster in 1993,” reads one recent article, which refers to Cruz as “the Republican front-runner to take on President Hillary Rodham Clinton in 2020.”

As the source states it is "a satirical news site", hence it is humour and not meant to be taken literally. You may as well say The Onion is a reliable news source :)

How anyone can believe that someone with Hillary's controversial background would
make an honest, reliable President is beyond me.
Thirty -or even twenty years ago, if a person running for a position in politics had even
a hint of one of the 'incidents' Hillary Clinton and her husband had been connected to,
they'd have been dropped like a bad habit.
Social media is to blame, they went and looked at the evidence and the fake news.
They sieved it, researched it in many cases and offered it to those who enjoy the cotton

I know some would say Donald Trump wasn't exactly what you'd call a 'white Knight' and
I'd agree. But the world of business has far-more latitude when it comes to corruption and
even though that's still morally wrong, most of it is ignored because of corrupt politicians
allowing it to be so.
He wasn't serving the public in his position, he didn't have any legal ethics code to adhere
to that Government demands and in the business world, you need a chair and a whip to
survive.
