ATS has been working again for me in the last 2 hours or so. However here on RN3 I now can no longer rate or add to people's reputation. When I click on the rate button nothing happens. Ideas?

Thanks. That's interesting what Trinity said about the Russians. Hard to believe though as forums are probably the ONLY places that might be showing anything but the official war narrative.
I'd sooner believe something closer to home blocking sites. 
I think either 3 letter agencies posing as Russian hackers to fuel russophobia or gen woke MSM narrative support units that got triggered by people actually trying to understand what is going on which includes - GASP - listening to the Russian side. That can't be tolerated in our free speech liberal society of course.

The new phones (actually the new OS) are employing a new tech which masks the phone's IP address. If you install ... and use ... a VPN on your phone ... the magic can happen again.
I find I sometimes can't see pictures ... sometimes can't see videos ... that are part of the posts I'm reading, but sometimes, after a while, even those pop-in.
