My First Sighting
#1
I created this animation to document the sighting my friend and I were confronted with that night.

Alien Craft flew crazy patterns over my city. My friend and I were in shock.

True story of the shocking display of advanced technology. Right Place - Wrong Time.

May I applaud you on your abilities to display your encounter and assure you that what you saw
cannot be put under the heading of 'Swamp Gas' or conventional aircraft.
Well done again.

Nicely done.

My very first sighting was when I was 8 years old, walking on the Frozen White river with my Father, I was holding his and it was in November.
There just maybe 200 ft. away and only 100 feet above the ice was a long cigar shaped craft, my father was staring and started to turn us around and hurriedly return home.
I ask my father "What is it Daddy?"
Father replied, "The Chairman warned us that the Americans are wanting attack, we must hurry."
My father was truly afraid and pushed me in front of him to protect me, from the Americans.

Nice depiction! Weird for sure. I remember my first UFO sighting, years before the common hovering drone was invented. There was an orange light hovering about 5 miles away, I thought it was a plane at first but it was too orange. I watched it for a while expecting to see the rest of its aircraft lights but I never saw them, instead it started making sharp maneuvers left, right, up, down before fading out completely. It was very weird, and I've heard of similar sightings featuring a fast-moving orange ball of light. If I'd have seen it now I'd have said it was a drone.

Thanks for sharing!

I'll re-post my account of my genuine sighting. (Taken from 'My UFO sighting' Thread)

It looks like the same thing I saw in Belen New Mexico, except there were three of 'em.

It was daylight, around 4.00.pm and my family and I were outside enjoying the motel pool we were staying at.
The weather was sunny, with clouds moving westwards and a rainstorm approaching from the same direction.

Looking around as I was drying myself, I saw three ball-like objects travelling northwards at what I believed
was around a couple of 100 feet above the main road (Highway 25). They travelled in a line and didn't do
anything spectacular until they got to my two-o'clock from my position

As the thunderhead clouds arrived, these off-white spheres floated up into the storm and at times, I could
see them way up where the blue of the sky could be spotted amongst the clouds. Their behaviour was like
a spiralling motion during this time.

Pretty cool ! Thanks for sharing.

Wife and I observed something while camping just outside of White Sands, New Mexico. She will probably come along to describe it better then I could because I was a little drunk and she was sober.

Thanks for the kind words on my abilities BIAD. That was the first animation/video I ever made 11 years ago with zero experience. It took me over a year to create.

If I had known ahead of time how difficult and time consuming it was going to be I doubt I would have done it. I was driven to complete the task since mere words did not do it justice and that sighting was responsible for starting my research career.

I had to manually create a picture foe each frame. Videos run at 30 frames per second, so do the math on how many seconds are in a 5 minute video then multiply that times 30.

Also I had no special effects available to create and move the craft. All I had was a basic paint program.

Anyway I now know better than to tackle such a project like that again.

Wow, very interesting story! Thank you for sharing.

When I visited Hong Kong to attend my friends wedding, I visited the Library as I always do when in a new town, and scanned the newspaper archives for 1947 flying saucer reports.

Lo and behold, 2 weeks after the famous 'Army recovers Flying Disc' headline, I found a headline on the Hong Kong newspaper that read 'HUNDREDS OF DOCK WORKERS SEE FLEET OF FLYING DISCS'.

It went on to say the craft in the fleet were were shiny silver saucers flying in formation.

Which of course were the same craft seen in the US that year, with over 1200 sightings reported in the newspapers.

Yeah those maneuvers are what put those kind of sightings into the very unusual category.

Thank you for sharing.

Interesting and very unusual BIAD.
