I finally got my angel.
The Universe took it's own sweet time sending her around, and it took 51 hard fought years of crashing through demons trying to present themselves as angels, but eventually showing their true natures, but she finally got here, gift wrapped.
So, if you're in that boat on a rough sea, don't give up hope. Never give in. Your angel will get there, eventually.
It some times just takes some time.
They come flying in from the damnedest, unexpected, directions.

This song makes me cry. Which is weird, and scares the crap out of Grace, 'cause it ain't natural.
I spent 30 years out in the rest of the world, thrashing around and getting in trouble mostly, because you can take the boy out of the mountains, but you can't take the mountains out of the boy, and that creates some amount of friction out in the flatlands, and beyond.
30 years, listening to these hills beg me to come home, and ignoring them. I had shit to do, and that mostly involved getting in more trouble.
But you can't ignore it forever.These mountains won't let up, and they'll eventually wear you down.
And you'll come home.

This is for @" NightskyeB4Dawn". She had a rough night of it last night, when cares of the world beyond her control reared their truly ugly head. It was just one of those nights, the kind that will even make a strong man question the world and his place in it. Questions such as "what has become of the world?" and "how is it we have allowed it to go this far?"
In such times of emotional turmoil, I find the following song to be a solace. The dulcet, lilting tones of the melodic lullaby can lull me to sleep out of a fine murderous rage like no other. When the cares of this world have you by the throat, shaking the crap out of you, this is a good go-to song, in my estimation.
