Vladimir Putin speech in English

We aren't suppose to even mention the Russian government's reasoning because it's just propaganda, as if the allowed news in the states about the Ukraine isn't propaganda.

I've been more than convinced that the nuclear energy plant getting shelled wasn't because the Russians were shelling it, so who's doing the shelling? IMO, I can see this through the distorted lens of the Russian propaganda more clearly than I can with our own propaganda. Then again, what the hell do I know about what is really going on.

Aye.

The Russians  are occupying the power plant in question, and they are not going to be shelling themselves... It is odd to me that "the west" would rather whine about how dangerous the shelling is rather than, you know, just stopping the shelling that they have to be doing...

Isn't that a little like punching yourself in the face and them complaining because you are being punched?

.
Diogenes was eating bread and lentils for supper. He was seen by the philosopher Aristippus, who lived comfortably by flattering the king.

Said Aristippus, ‘If you would learn to be subservient to the king you would not have to live on lentils.’ Said Diogenes, ‘Learn to live on lentils and you will not have to be subservient to the king.’
