I honestly don't know how to 'feel' about that place. Its self-destruction isn't our fault. The place should be given an eviction notice and no more of our tax dollars should ever be spent on 'em. Someone should add up the cost and see to it that our taxes are reduced by that amount to boot.

Problem would clean itself up in short order if they stopped supporting the homeless. The worst policy in the world is helping people who won't help themselves. Just look at the trash they leave behind for other people to deal with. If they have no consideration for others ... no one should give them a care.

It would be pretty cool to grab-up some of these derelicts and drop them onto a hunting preserve.  tinylaughing
