Am thinking:
1. If you stand by and let it happen ... it will happen.
2. Before you 'do anything' ya might wanna have a plan.
3. The first thing you'll want: as many folks as you can (and trust) to help you.
4. Control the local airspace (think drones). You might have to shoot 'em up to make 'em understand.
5. Get ready to take out the power. Yes ... you're gonna suffer for that too ... less if you're prepared.
6. Seize control of your local water distribution points.
7. Suppression of any coordinated response to your activities.
Sounds tough, but 'we' did this every day for more that 3 1/2 years in the ME and North Africa. You'd be surprised how effective a little bit of insurgency is ... especially if no one knows a damn thing. If somebody shoots a Hellfire missile at you ... you're doing it right!! LOL
It's a shame but it seems violent times are about to be thrust upon us.
