I knew my suggestion that it could be something simple, would be viewed as perhaps support for Biden, whom I dislike as much as I dislike Trump, and I should have followed my gut and kept my thoughts to myself.
Lighting is something that can be adjusted at will, before and after a video or picture is taken. Reflection can cause a number of anomalies. But this is wrong thread to discuss this possibility.

I could be wrong; it could be photo shopped as far as I know, but I do know the technology is available, and it seems most plausible that Joe would be using this technology when we know he is in the last stages of dementia. He would need help to stay on course and know how to respond to Pres. Trump.
