Her prediction is of a "grand solar minimum" from 2020 to 2055.  How that fits into the regular cycles ... no idea.

Europe had one of these events in the Middle Ages -- the Maunder Minimum.  Lasted 70 years (gulp) -- the so-called "Little Ice Age".
