I got the ebook a while back and really enjoyed it.

It does give you an insight to how people lived back then (mountain folks that is) before electric came about.
As well as goes into how Etta became a midwife and continued to do so even as she got older.
All the while, only charged $15 to deliver a baby.

Fascinating really.
