Quite a high number of "black" folks in the West Indies are actually of East Indian origin. She's not "Africa Black", but East Indian, which qualifies her as "Caucasian" for statistical purposes.
My issue is why some folks of a certain ideology try to capitalize on their skin tone and exploit it for political purposes. I give no shits how deep their tan is - I only ask that they be capable of properly running a nation.
