Sometimes I hate being a grown up!.

Oh admit it! It's gotta be good for the ego, no?

When I was working for someone else, a promotion always meant being closer to the door. But don't let my personal opinions disturb you..  

Congrats!! Or not...  

We're all proud of the bunny though, never let anyone say otherwise!!

It's difficult, hence the whine thread.

On one hand, it is flattering to be "needed".

On the other hand it's a giant pain in the ass because of the toxic personalities involved.  Engineering problems I have no problem handling.  Problem?  Solution.

Done.

But this is dealing with more personnel and personalities.  And that's out of my comfort zone.

Is it still legal to give recalcitrant employees a sound thrashing with a bamboo cane?

I haven't seen the latest HR memo.
