Is 714X the Cure for Cancer (and other diseases) That We've Been Waiting For?

It would be simple to create this chemistry utilizing chemistry we have available.  Mixing nicotinic acid and caffeine creates Ammonia in the blood, more coffee creates for methyl, one of the chemicals necessary for this to work.  Ethenol is detoxed by nicotine too.  So after drinking a few drinks and having a few cigarettes, make sure to have some coffee before going to sleep.  I am not sure what salts they refer to in the formula.  I know about what they are trying to block, the test that he talks about for that hormone is now being used to identify risk of cancer.

I do not know if that works or not, the video is long and a little boring other than all the technical stuff which interests me.  I know many ways to fight cancers, common food chemistries that can rid the body of cancer cells when it is not yet irreversible.  Some of these do involve methyl.

I feel a bit safer today after reading your reply. I drink coffee when I get up and again around 4 or 5 p.m.  I vape with a nicotine level of 3%, down from where I started at 18% when I started vaping to quit smoking cigarettes. 
I've read that nicotine is good for something in our system, so I really don't want to quit it altogether, although I could if I had to.
I drink medium caffeinated coffee. Do you know what levels of coffee and nicotine are best?
