[ConservativeCrazyCranky Old Guy] Three Rules of Three and 3 Songs to Save Your Soul.
#1
Disclaimer: I'm a theist but not of the Abrahamic faiths. I have minor biblical scholar and scriptural skills. Also I am not a scientific/legal or medical expert in any field. Beware of my Contagious Memes! & watch out that you don't get cut on my Occams razor. All of this is my personal conjecture and should not be considered the absolute or most definitive state of things as they really are. Use this information at your own risk! I accept no liability if your ideology comes crashing down around you with accompanying consequences.

As a 20+ year sufferer of serious schizophrenic mental illness, I will be asking ...

And since I have been insane for that long I have finally mastered it and I am BEYOND insane now and from that point of view this is what I now see ...

Explanation: Three sets of the rules of 3 ...

How things can happen to you ...

A] Once is happenstance.
B] Twice is coincidence.
C] Thrice is an attack. [can be a metaphor]

How you can happen to things ...

D] Once is an experience.
E] Twice is indulgence.
F] Thrice is a way of life .[or you're very foolish]

How to deal with anything ...

1] Wait and See whilst ready to act.
2] Negotiate/Communicate/Manipulate.
3] Kill and replace. [can be a metaphor] i.e. 3 strikes and they're out!

Personal Disclosure: I think these are reasonable and fair rules to live by as life is to short to be messing about with repeat offenders.

I also think that by breaking these simply rules invites terrible danger and horrible consequences far worse than being brutal enough to kill and replace somebody who is a repeat offender.

Note: Replacing what you kill is very important as nature abhors a vacuum from which anything can spring [mostly other demons and devils to plague us all].

Finally here are 3 songs to guide you in life ...

Question 1: - What to wear and where to go and what to do and when to do it ...

Lessons learned?: - Wear sunscreen for one ... and explore everything but don't get bogged down or become to hardened or too soft or faded and jaded as you do. Life is fun!

Question 2: - How and Why we should live ...

Lessons learned?: - Pot is a plant that grows in the dirt and should be legal ... and don't judge people but underwear goes inside the pants ok ... pretty sure that is on the books somewhere! AND Sing ... sing for me ... sing your soul ... sing for me!

Question 3: - And finally, what the Future holds for all of us ...

Lessons learned?: - Give me back my childhood! Things are going to slide,... slide in all directions,... wont be nothing left that you can measure anymore! Repent!

P.S. [PostScript] Three more hidden things ...

Mystery Question 1: - Who to Repent too? ...

Hidden answer 1: - Matthew 16:23 But Jesus turned and said to Peter, “Get behind Me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to Me. For you do not have in mind the things of God, but the things of men.” 24 Then Jesus told His disciples, “If anyone would come after Me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow Me. 25 For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.… 26 What will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, yet forfeits his soul? Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul?…

Mystery Question 2:- Who are we? ...

Hidden answer 2: - We're just two lost souls Swimming in a fish bowl, and that's the whole ... and so ... did they get you to trade Your hero's for ghosts? Hot ashes for trees? Hot air for a cool breeze? Cold comfort for change? And did you exchange A walk on part in the war For a lead role in a cage? Do you think you can tell??? Wish you were here! But here is hell!!!

Mystery Question 3: - Do You Got Game?

Hidden answer 3: - You have Got to HAVE Game!

It might feel good
It might sound a little somethin'
But damn the game if it don't mean nuttin'
It might feel good
It might sound a little somethin'
But fuck the game if it ain't sayin' nuttin'

And I leave this OP ed with some basic facts of life ...

EVERYTHING IS FORBIDDEN ... Therefor do whatever you want to without fear and just make sure you don't get caught or you're gonna have a BAD TIME M'kay!

Become totally disillusioned and finally see everything for real. Thing Globally, Act Locally, Feel Internally, Redirect - Rinse and Repeat!

And a quote from my favorite astronaut ... Pete Conrad (NASA astronaut and 3rd man on the Moon!) [wiki]

Quote:Death
Conrad died on July 8, 1999, from internal injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
While traveling with his wife and friends from his Huntington Beach home to Monterey, California, his motorcycle crashed on a turn.
Conrad later died in a hospital in Ojai. He was wearing a helmet at the time and was operating within the speed limit.
He was buried with full honors at Arlington National Cemetery, with many Apollo-era astronauts in attendance.

The Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas, has a grove of trees that have been planted to honor the memory of the astronauts who have died.
After Conrad's death, NASA planted a tree in his honor.
During the dedication ceremony, his Apollo 12 crewmate Alan Bean, used his speech to lighten the somber occasion by injecting a little levity, pretending to "channel" Conrad's instructions from the hereafter.
Bean said, Conrad wanted NASA to light his tree every Christmas season with colored lights instead of the white used for everyone else, in keeping with his motto "when you can't be good, be colorful". NASA has honored this "request", and every Christmas since then, all of the trees in the grove have been lit with white lights, except Conrad's tree, which has been lit with red lights.

This OP-ED thread was brought to you by the poems ... Do not go gentle into that good night [poets.org] ... and ... If- [poets.org]... and by the following song ...

Explanation: Thank you deeply for your reply @Wallfire ... much appreciated. Thanks for singing your soul for me! Here is a clue for you ...

It is about Principles, such as Integrity Under Fire and not selling yourself or your mates out etc for a free hail mary pass to get ahead in life, and they LEAD directly to and also BUILD character ... and without CHARACTER, what are we but an NPC!?

Scent of a Woman (I call them principles) [youtube.com]

Quote:There is no prosthetic for amputated spirit ...

Personal Disclosure: The above OP-ED is IMHO the shortest way to fully inform somebody who is not yet woke and how to make sure that when they do get woken that they don't go broke and become broken.

One might note that it has nothing to do with skin or gender or ones background or religion etc ... it merely and simply relies on three simple rules of three to guide one in this world on how to deal with anything at all and remain comfortable within oneself ... at the calm center.

The three songs are also guides but they go deeper into detail ... into what to do ... why to do it ... and whats the future going to be like.

The three hidden mysteries ... are MY PERSONAL OPINIONS!

And they represent what I see as the future and who is the most important one to listen to and follow the examples of and having listened and learned one will find that they understand and also possess ... i.e. have ... GAME!

It is a game you see ... God is playing a Game with Satan and we ARE the chess pieces ... some are Kings and Queens ... others are Rooks and Kights and Bishops and some are lowly PAWNS (aka cannon fodder ... but also the only piece that can upgrade to any other piece once they have crossed the checkered board aka the Rubicon of no-mans land) and we all have our place and our strengths and weaknesses but no matter what the rules of the game are the same for everyone and all pieces on the board.

Press your advantages and cover your weaknesses by Castling if need be and avoid getting into check [audits are not so fun ok] and if you get chess/check-mated then its game over for you and your lot.

Remember it is CHESS not Checkers ok.

Checkers is for children to play, where as chess is for warriors to hone their forward thinking, marshaling and mobilizing specific forces to be at a certain place at a certain time all together so that they act as a force multiplier and have a synergistic effect and using ones planning skills to put them into action and determinedly going for the win.

So one needs to think many moves ahead to game the game and outsmart and outwit your opponent.

I have simply simplified that checkered chess board down to a 3 x 3 matrix of how stuff happens to you and how you happen to stuff and also what to do about what happens to you and what you happen, to happen to do.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Ok ... Know where you are on the map of things and also know the timing of things that are historically seasonal patterns that repeat.

Exploiting these simple things leads to having integrity which builds character which makes a stand and speaks out against wearing your heart on your sleeve without being logical about it.

That educates people, for better or worse, to become the best that they can be and it shows several ways out of the Global mess we find ourselves trapped within.

For example ... my 3rd rule of three states that it is OK to kill [can be a metaphor ok] and replace somebody/something that has repeatedly failed in the short term provably and this may enable somebody to finally take those last few required steps to get themselves out of Hell and to a better Heaven.

Another example is my 2nd mystery also educates those who are spiritually minded and possibly christian [in name only] to begin with and shows them who to listen to and what to do to get out of this Hellish reality and make it to a better Heaven.

Finally the two poems and last song detail raging against the dying of the light of life and what to do to become a Man in this world and that we are all Philosopher Renegades of Funk and that we should fight the evil fallen machine world by being paleo-conservative minded and fight the turning tide of Globalism, SJW's, #metoo'ism-virtue-signaling and communism.

To be free? All it takes is waking up, standing up, pointing the dangers out and speaking out with a logical but passionate heart and not backing down. And if they strike you down and you die then you die a martyr and a saint!

Otherwise ...

@The-Leftist-Authoritarian-Powers-That-Be ... No matter how hard you try, you can't stop us now No matter how hard you try, you can't stop us now!

Quote:There was a time when our music
Was something called a Big Street beat
People would gather from all around To get down to the big sound
You had to be a renegade in those days
To take a man to the dance floor
Say jam sucka!(JAM SUCKA)
Say jam sucka!(JAM SUCKA)
Say groove sucka (GROOVE SUCKA)
Now groove sucka (GROOVE SUCKA)
Say dance sucka (DANCE SUCKA)
Say dance sucka (DANCE SUCKA)
Say move sucka (MOVE SUCKA)
Now move sucka (MOVE SUCKA)

OL -

You opened the post by specifying that you have a "mental illness", but after reading the content I would have to say that your mental illness borders upon genius. Now I am wondering if, since I understood it right off on the first reading, I may not have just self-diagnosed! In other words, if you are victim to a mental illness, then it is likely that I too am suffering the same malady.

I could find no fault or lack of logic in it - everything falls right into place, systematically.

Some of your "supporting documentation" - for example (but not limited to) Kipling's "If..." - is the same as I used when I was training my children up in the way they should go.

Overall, the post is spot-on, and a virtual blueprint for success in life.
Diogenes was eating bread and lentils for supper. He was seen by the philosopher Aristippus, who lived comfortably by flattering the king.

Said Aristippus, ‘If you would learn to be subservient to the king you would not have to live on lentils.’ Said Diogenes, ‘Learn to live on lentils and you will not have to be subservient to the king.’
