He says he is going to stock more into his prep storage, so that's enough for me to get ready for 'something'. I wish he would have told what part of the Earth would most likely be getting the full impact of the flare.
He puts up a page of how these flares can affect peoples' health at the 2:07 mark. People need to pause the video and read over these, especially anyone with heart problems, or high blood pressure.
