The way I see it, Duterte see's how little Kim in N. Korea get's all these freebies from the West, especially America to stop his Threat's.
Duterte just wants more money, More of a Kick Back from the Businesses.
Imagine all the Filipino's out of work if the US pulled out.
His economy would not last.
