OK, I'm still trying to absorb all this.
I'm thinking that in 2007 they were expecting a Hillary when for POTUS over Obama.
Certainly if they were told of a Wave headed to Earth, like a cosmic wave of Radiation from a Pulsar Star or a Supernova Exploding, they'd be preparing like they are now with seed's and animal embryos stored underground in a frozen area, Don't You Think?
