The text in red takes me back to when Corey Goode was talking bout all the large orbs that had entered our solar system to deflect some very strong waves that would cause catastrophic events if they didn't come to shield Earth and other planets from the full force of it. It has been reported by him that they are leaving now, but there are still waves coming in, just not strong enough that we need as much protection now.
