Makes you wonder if this will lead to court packing. That is, unless the justices will actually uphold this ruling and not be intimidated by screeching "protestors" and media.
Personally, I hope States start seceeding from the union. This is the only possible way I can see this being a "peaceful divorce" from increasingly growing opposing ideologies.
Other than that, I just can't imagine a scenario without an eventual, actual, and very bloody civil war.
