Well isn’t this a whole lot of reading. Thanks for the long ass post because it is very interesting. I don’t have an intelligent reply quite yet but I am racking my memory over a story I read at an archeological site in an old settler village that was burned to the ground by native Americans in northern Pennsylvania way back in the late 1600s. That they found bodies buried with rocks in their mouth etc and at the time they believed it was the natives until it was challenged that the natives would not have taken the time so it was someone else that buried the dead in this manner.
