We went out and bought two more bags of organic flour today...price of regular flour has been going up here, but so far the organic one we buy has stayed close to the same...rose ten cents for five pounds. That brings up to a stock of flour of a hundred ten pounds of flour total. I worry about the organic flour going away, it gets rerouted to the big cities if things get rough. About five years ago it was all out around here, our stock dropped down to ten pounds before it became available. We go through about fifteen to twenty pounds of flour a month usually, so have a five month buffer now. The price raises are not even showing up yet much in the store, another month and the prices should be going up twenty five percent by then.
