So as they try to dictate speech and what is allowable, will the claim of non-responsibility or Disclaimer also be examined and found unconstitutional..?
Oh boy can you hear the floodgates of Attorneys flock like vultures..? Will disclaimers rightly fail to have any power to protect, justly or unjustly. It's apparent that they are self serving and for one purpose only. Purveying their product regardless of it's possible adverse effects on the customer or population using their offerings.
RESPONSIBILITY the key word here. Think about. As pawns to Corporations, to be discarded when finished with.
