Yes, it CAN happen, but I am not going to hold my breath until it DOES happen. I'm not sure I have that much faith in Pence, or in the Republican Congress Critters having the backbone to do it in the face of almost certain assassination by the Marxists if they do. It takes a certain something to be willing to die for your country, and I don't believe many in Congress have that particular "something".
They don't mind taking a payoff here and there, though. We have some of the finest politicians money can buy!
