Yes and no, I think.
The EU gets their news of America mostly from US news outlets and multinational news outlets, who appear to all be in the tank for leftists. So, EU news outlets can only report on what they hear from the sources, unless they have independent journalists embedded here, whicvh I believe some do.
SO - Most EU news of the US will be heavily weighted to promoting the US news and multinational news narrative, even if they are independent, because they report what the sources feed them. That is why they are pushng the "Biden won and is president-elect" narrative - that's what they are being told, in error.
You will have to assess local news reports of local news events for yourself, for the same reason - we here get whatever the European sources report to our agencies, and then that is filtered through the Leftist narrative to make it suitable for us proles. So, we don'treally know over here, and cannot make that call.
I do know that, from what @"BIAD" says, the BBC and Sky news are likely in the tank for the Globalist Leftist gang, so I'm certain that at least some of the European news is in on the plan.
