Absolutely she should not be touring postal facilities on a whim.  Those are sensitive facilities.

Any visits by anyone outside of USPS personnel should be coordinated and approved by USPS upper management.  And any visitors should be escorted by facility management personnel.  No casual contact with the personnel at the facility.  Everything above board and professionally conducted.

Anything else is the slop of corruption.
