I was reading this in another article but it covered just about the same issue
The main problem was the local rules require it.. they are claiming they are federal and do not have to to or some such garbage.. (federals apply)
Problem is that when local and state conflict, Fed goes with the harsher of the two..
Will they come off of it..
probably not.. the 40/20/40 rule applies
the forty that support them are blind sheep..
