If you want help, go to the doc and tell them you want help, and ask how best help can be given to you.
If you dont want help, go to the doc and talk to them about it and ask how best to find a balance that lets the docs understand you and lets you understand the docs
Try to remember that people are trying to help you. Is the life you are living now the best one for you and do you want a better one?. No one can help you, not even yourself if you dont let them.
Everyone needs a helping hand sometime in there life no shame in that.
