Jaguars are already present in Mexico, and in the southwestern US - albeit in small numbers in the latter case. Ditto for Mexican Wolves - already present in both places. Sine they are already both there and here, the wall cannot possibly have any sort of "adverse impact" on them. Therefore, that claim is blatant bullshit.
When white people first came to America, jaguars lived all across the southeastern US, from Southern California all the way to the Florida peninsula. Their territory in the US has shrunk to the point that they are generally only found in Arizona and New Mexico now - and no wall was needed to do that. The presence or absence of a wall had no effect on their decline at all.
Mexican Wolves need to stay in Mexico. They are Mexican nationals - it's built right into their name!
