How tragic indeed.
Wonder what happened to the communication between the train conductors/engineers and the dispatcher?
The dispatcher should have told one or the other, that there was an oncoming train headed their way to prevent such a tragedy at this.
Will be curious to see who is at fault here.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the families
