At the sold-out Alien Cosmic Expo 2016 that took place in Brantford ON Canada on June 24, 25, 26 2016, there were some extremely interesting revelations that came from the event. In a bold move, Victor Viggiani, a leading Canadian advocate for disclosure, released classified North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) papers that prove the phenomenon of Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon have been discussed at the highest levels of governance and military authority. This man "DARES" the U.S. Government to charge him for releasing the files.  That's pretty brave; we need more people like him who are not afraid to stand up to all the lies they feed us.
