I'm picturing a spirit who doesn't realize he/she is dead, wrecking havoc inside, all the while screaming, "Let me out!" but no one can hear their screams.

 

But can't A Real Spirit just Leave.

I think maybe an actual Poltergeist type Hunting brought on by T. Chase being an Abusive Asshole in Life, it would appear by the treatment of the infants coffin, something Hated That Baby.
