Wow! So much to boggle one's mind in this case! 
There is a black market for human organs. Maybe he was the right "candidate" to replace some rich elite's organs, so they killed him to get them.
I don't put anything past those bastards anymore!
I hope whoever is responsible gets caught and gets the death penalty!
But, it will probably be swept under the rug, just like most others where enough money can buy one's "freedom".
