I'd say this baby will have plenty of money because the family of the woman can sue that facility for everything they're worth; I know I would.

They should and I think this is a good reason too.
The staff who bathe her never noticed she stopped her menstrual cycle and her abdomen was increasing in size, that is being Incompetent! 
She was feed throw a tube for 14 years, so she could not have been a large woman, the swelling belly should have been noticed, don't you think?

For sure! It sounds like this place hired the bottom of the barrel to work there. Maybe it was illegals who accepted a lower pay grade? Not meaning to sound racist, just stating the facts.
