Joe M. from Twitter suggests that CERN has been dumbing us down by emitting frequency waves that keeps us compliant. His theory is that the white hats were behind CERN shutting down, and that's when we started getting the ripples of higher frequency across the world. This frequency will help people 'Wake Up' and take the blinders off that have suppressed us for so long.
